1947 - Ford - Farm truck Red truck $1900was$2700 This is a very solid and complete original truck, the cab is very solid, no rust holes. The glass is still in the truck, and the flathead engine turns over good, but has several stuck valves, so I have not tried to start it. There was a mouse nest in the left rear cab corner, and some pin holes are starting to show, and a few pinholes in the bottom of the drivers door. There is a soft spot in the middle of the floor where the rubber mats held moisture under them. The rest of the cab, including door pillars, are excellent. The fenders are in very nice shape, with a small dent or two, very minor. The original dash guages are all in good condition. The seat needs new upholstry, but the springs are in good condition. The flatbed needs new wood, but the metal structure and cross braces are excellent. This is the same cab used for a 1940 Ford pickup. The paint is weathered off the top of the cab and hood, but the sheet metal is still in excellent condition. There is a good title for the truck. I am located in Rapid City, South Dakota.
